“A Christmas Carol” - Dinner theatre presented by Snellville First Baptist, 2400 Main Street East, Snellville.  Shows nightly from Wednesday, November 9 through Sunday, November 13th. On November 26, enjoy Snellville's Lighting of the Christmas Tree event from 3-7 p.m. on the Town Green. Enjoy carriage rides, kids activities, and then end the evening with the lighting of the great tree and the arrival of Santa Claus.

DECEMBER

Gloria - A Christmas musical, will be presented free to the public on Sunday, December 4 at 6 p.m. in the Worship Center of First Baptist Church, 2400 Main Street East, Snellville. The musical will feature talent in the church of all ages -- Children’s Choirs, Student Choir, Senior Adult Choir, the Celebration Choir and Orchestra. This workshop includes a description of the dynamics involved when individuals seek to escape
pain and despair through various forms of self-medication. Emphasis is on the psychological
and spiritual adjustments necessary for the recovery of the individual, and for the healing of
those who relate intimately with an addicted person. We will discuss the signs and symptoms
of alcohol and drug abuse as well as issues of intervention and treatment for the abuser and
affected family members.
