Southeastern Gwinnett Co-Op Ministry

Here is information on the Southeastern Gwinnett Co-op. It is sometimes hard to find information on it, because it is also called the Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry (or the Southeast Gwinnett Coop is part of the Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry) ... but in any case, it's sometimes hard to locate the information due to the different names and different ways it can be typed into a search engine.

The Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry is located at 1200 Athens Highway (US 78) in Grayson GA, but it is very close to Snellville.

The Co-op serves people who reside in the following Zip codes:
30078, 30039, 30017, and the Gwinnett portions of 30052.

If you would like to get help from the Southeast co op, you will need to bring:

• Proof of residency
• Proof of income
• Information on the number of children in the home (proof of the number)
• Social Security Card
• Photo Identification

The Cooperative ministry makes every attempt to help with food, some help with utilities, rent (partial), prescription drugs, gasoline, oil.

The phone number is 770-985-5229. Because the Co-op is staffed by volunteers, the open hours are limited to:

• 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday.
• 3 pm to 7 pm Thursdays

The co-op sometimes runs out of food for the needy.
Currently, Snellville United Methodist Church is accepting donations of food and will deliver it to the Southeastern Coop, so please help this worthy cause. Donation drums are located near the Office of Snellville United Methodist Church.
